The Funding Network-Toronto is a non-profit charity that brings people together to: act as a ‘marketplace’ to which individuals can bring projects which work towards a fairer, healthier, and more sustainable world. Read more... AXA Art Insurance sponsors our highly successful event on May 18Thank you to everyone who attended our May 18 event and for helping to make it such a huge success. Together we raised over $50,000 for the four featured charities - Jane Goodall Institute of Canada, Machik Canada, Ugandan Orphans Fund and Yonge Street Mission-Evergreen Centre. How gratifying to know that together we funded the projects that will provide peer to peer training to keep young Ugandan girls in school, send rural Tibetan children to high school, provide the start-up capital for 4 income generating projects that will allow the Barlonyo school to be self-sustainable (forever) and that addicted Toronto street youth will have access to a multi-layered Addiction Counselling Program! You don't have to be a member to attend a funding event or to donate to one or more of the charities presenting at the event.
